Office Manager


Position Summary: 

An ideal candidate for this role would be a person that has a keen attention to detail with strong communication skills, an ability to problem solve under pressure and a good understanding of bookkeeping/ mathematics. The candidate would also have organizational skills and the ability manage simultaneous office tasks. Lastly, an ideal candidate would be exceptional at multi-tasking well and efficient.

We need someone to: 

  • Perform general office management and bookkeeping tasks 

  • Lead a team of 3-6 people

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration

  • Provide exceptional customer service to and direct guests in office and on the phone

  • Maintain office supplies and organization and coordinate with vendors and suppliers

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and special projects and social media campaign or posts.

  • Manage Staff calendar: ensuring all appointments are inputted with all the correspondent information needed.

  • Booking travel and needed appointments for the CEO if needed

  • Booking and overseeing any liaisons for running a smooth operation between all staff, clients, trades, etc.


General Information: 

This is a part time position to start with opportunities for advancement. Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Tuesday to Thursday. Compensation would be $16- 20 per hour or more depending the experience and the contribution the candidate could make.

  • Graphic design skills are an asset
